When a dispute arises in the workplace, it can quickly and potentially very seriously affect productivity, staff morale and cause even wider division than just between the original parties. It is therefore imperative that the matter is resolved quickly before there is opportunity for the effects of the original dispute to escalate and cause significant impact in the workplace - at the same time avoiding the possibility of proceedings at court or tribunal.

Where the dispute arises from a customer complaint against the business, the reputation of the business is at stake and must be quickly restored by timely resolution to the matter.

COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION & GOVERNANCE CHALLENGES

With a background in investigations, research and analysis for the Force Intelligence Office (police service) before her legal training, Abigail can bring much to the arena of investigations of complaints against those in public office as well as other governance related disputes.  From her legal training and on, (LLB Hons First class, and later passing the Bar) Abigail has performed with excellence in the areas of conference – drawing comprehensive evidence from the parties; representation, drafting, report writing and the Resolution of Disputes out of Court.

FAMILY & MATRIMONIAL

Family matters commonly lead to protracted and complicated disputes, with parties often becoming so entrenched in their positions that they run the risk of a prolonged - and very costly - intractable dispute developing, with family assets being eaten up by the costs of proceedings. 7two7 aims to steer the parties towards a swift and fair resolution before reaching such a position.
