COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION & GOVERNANCE CHALLENGES

With a background in investigations, research and analysis for the Force Intelligence Office (police service), before her legal training, Abigail can bring much to the arena of investigations of complaints against those in public office as well as other governance related disputes.  Since her legal training, (LLB Hons First class, and later passing the Bar) Abigail has performed with excellence in the areas of conference – drawing comprehensive evidence from the parties; representation, drafting, report writing and the Resolution of Disputes out of Court.

 

Working within the party’s time sensitive policies, 7two7 can lift the burden from overloaded in-house legal departments and save important resources being diverted to what can sometimes be protracted investigations. Working towards swift and effective resolution Abigail uses a calming and conciliatory approach with the goal of expedited resolution and restoration of public confidence.

 

7two7 will undertake a thorough, comprehensive investigation to the background of the complaint/governance issue  including organising and conducting detailed conferences/interviews with all relevant parties – all led in light of the Nolan principles applicable to those in public office; the Code of Conduct and / or the written Constitution, where appropriate and conducted in consideration of public interest. A detailed analysis and report will be produced including proposals of just resolutions to the matter.
