7two7 Resolution Services works to produce resolution of disputes out of court (RDOC). In each case, the aim is to reach timely, fair, cost effective and comprehensive resolution in matters of contract, employment, family disputes and governance issues. 7two7 can also provide conciliation services in disputes in other fields.
7two7 can provide alternative dispute resolution with legal advice, representation, drafting, statements, reports and settlement agreements with efficiency and confidentiality - the "without prejudice" principle applying to all communications made towards a settlement. Following successful negotiation/mediation/conciliation, 7two7 will draft either a detailed report or a settlement agreement as agreed between the parties, which can be binding.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Abigail achieved LLB Hons (First Class) after studying with the Open University around raising a family, gaining distinctions in Understanding Law (top 2%), Family Law, and Land, Property and Trust Law. She later passed the rigorous Bar Professional Training Course, with specialisms in Mediation/Alternative Dispute Resolution and in Family Law. She excelled in Conference Skills, Advocacy, Drafting, Opinion Writing, Mediation and the Resolution of Disputes out of Court. She now works as a lawyer - an unregistered (previously known as "non-practising") barrister. See our TERMS page for more details.
Previously working for a Not for Profit Community enterprise – Abigail secured successful outcomes in many areas including negligence claims, contract disputes, employment disputes, matrimonial and family matters and governance / regulatory challenges. She has also negotiated settlements from transport companies following accidents and saved parties considerable sums in property disputes.
Abigail has built excellent working relationships with many different kinds of people, from property developers to tradesmen (as a business owner), and police officers, force senior management, and outside agencies (while working for the police).
This broad understanding and the positive results achieved afford Abigail a depth of knowledge and experience and demonstrate her considered, practical and tenacious approach in securing resolutions.
